    I signed on/joined Accelerit on the 9th of October. Your staff has been making one mistake after another. I will call it a mistake because every time I phone, your staff accept their fault, apologise and correct their wrong.

    We want to support Black Owned businesses, however, I regret joining Accelerit.

  2. Their service is non-existent. I have lodged numerous complaints about the fibre speed and eventually upgraded my fibre from 10/10 mbps to 20/20 mbps, and I have not had much joy with them. Even though I'd upgraded my line, I am only achieving between 9 and 14 mbps. I am paying for a service that they do not deliver.

    Will never recommend them. I will definitely lodge a complaint with ICASA.

  3. The above ticket has been deleted for some reason? I am going to lay a charge of theft as my funds have been deducted and someone has the money, and my invoice is still unpaid. Last year I had the same issue, so now it’s not a mistake it’s theft!
    Why was this ticket deleted? Who is hiding something?

    Please also take this as my cancellation, I am not prepared to spend my hard earned money on a company with no value for their customers. I will also continue to voice my opinion, as I am allowed in our Democratic country, on hellopeter and Facebook.
    All the hellopeter complaints ( https://www.hellopeter.com/accelerit ) are not even replied to, and have a tone of distressed consumers who (despite paying everyone salaries at your company), are so worthless that they are not respected enough to deserve a reply.

    My ticket with regard to line keep dropping from 18th August has still not even been closed!
